• Items that were sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. To get the ball rolling, email us at support@lowwakeclub.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue — we'll take it from there so you can get back to the lake where you belong.
